Basically, the vector tools in Moho feel a bit archaic. Nowadays, software like Toon Boom, Cacani and Grease Pencil have much faster ways of creating clean vector lines, usable for cut out animation.
I propose to integrate something like the curve tool from Grease Pencil. That would speed building characters up by so much and would also make it easier to use frame by frame animation, without the hassle of an Illustrator like interface.

In general, i think the whole way vector graphics are built should work with ONE tool instead of switching from point draw to select, to move, to curvature, etc. I like the way grease pencil handles this by basically drawing a curve, adjusting the curve and then extruding immediately from the last point, repeat.
