Moho 12 randomly crashing when selecting layers

Thank heavens! I'm using Moho for the first time and it was a bit of an unpleasant surprise when I found my shiny new software kept crashing!

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully the upcoming Mac fix will get things going for you. When it's working properly, Moho Pro is fantastic software. FWIW, version 12 has been very stable at the studio where I work, (at least on Windows,) and we've used it successfully in multiple TV shows.

Updating to Mojave has blitzed quite a few of my Mac apps. I think it’ll be quite some time before I update again. Hopefully Moho will be fully operational soon!

I´m happy it works now. But please step up your game with beta testing in advance for the next major mac os release. Almost two months without a working software is not really acceptable for a software that claims to be for professional use.

And like I have mentioned, when it comes to education you can´t rely on classroom macs to linger on old os versions to be compatible with your software. Cause when schools buy new macs they obviously gets shipped with the new os version. And pretty much all the small and major art schools I have worked at or visited around the nordic countries use macs almost entirely. Here in Sweden windows computers are very rarely seen among visual artists at all to be honest. I have no numbers of how many of them that use Moho obviously, but just a thought. Loosing good support and trust from these mac users might loose you a pretty large user base.

Gonna stop ranting now, still love Moho and really hope that this was an exception of a bug.

That is an amusing and highly doubtful claim but I haven't surveyed Sweden on the topic.
Actually, this idea could make me lose a little for respect for Sweden, I thought they had more imagination.

Yeh, well of course I speak out of my own experience. Might have exaggerated a little! What I should have said is that I rarely see it, others might have a completely different perspective. And then I´m talking about general fine arts and design schools and not specialized animation educations and studios where It´s probably a different story.

At least in this thread a lead developer seems to be both reading and answering so I don´t think it´s that pointless. Anyway, this issue is solved now so I´m happy for now!
