11.2 is for both Debut and Pro.

This is the demo character exported as a PNG with anti-aliased edges and extra-smooth images. It looks dreadful.
That's the way I setup the brushes and line width for that character. The original designed character had this kind of dirty look and I tried to reproduce it. It rendered the same way in 11.0.

My apologies if this is dead obvious and I've missed it but . .

Has there been an OS X requirement update since v11.0?

I just came across this today myself but in an image texture I was using. I am not sure what it is causing it but it is quite unusable the way it is.

Just updated. Are there tutorials for these new features? The readme doesn't go into much depth.

Have the quality output issues been fixed? I'm looking forward to buying this but not if the output will be unusable.

Can you be more specific. I had seen some chattering in 11.1 with rigged bitmap art that only appeared in final rendering but that issue appears to be fixed in 11.2. Is that what you mean? If so, then yes.

Hi,
I was asking about the things mentioned by herbert123, DK and specialo earlier in the thread.

Ah, got it.

FWIW, I haven't seen any rendering problems with 11.2 yet. As mentioned previously, I saw 'chattering' in certain setups in 11.1 but that seems to be fixed in 11.2. At work we rig characters using bitmap layers and vector layers, and so far both types of scenes are rendering nicely here. The couple of times I thought I was seeing a render issue, it turned out to be 'user error'. (Usually, just forgetting to update my Layer Comps after adding new layers.) :)

By no means am I dismissing what others may be seeing. I'm just saying I haven't personally run into those problems yet. That 'edge tearing' result looks really weird--almost like video interlacing was enabled but I don't think Anime Studio even has that option. I would suggest submitting problem scenes to the developers for them to look at.

Same in preview.

I noticed this too. Any word on a fix yet? -Not good for professional work!

Yeah, I noticed that if you do a render there is some funky antialiasing on the edges where a shape meets blank background. Perhaps there's an issue with alpha rendering? -DEFINITELY needs to be fixed!
