Image Texture won't import

Using AS 5.5 Pro, I'm trying to import an image texture in the fill effects. In the selection dialog box all the image files are greyed out. I've tried opening .bmp, .gif, .jpg, and .tif. Don't have access to any. Am I doing something wrong. (PS- I checked to make sure it's an actual shape I'm trying to fill).

Are you on a Mac?

There was a problem with the Mac version that wouldn't show image files. Upgrade to 5.6 if you can find it or get the new version 6.

Thanks Vern. And thanks for the overview of AS6.

It's been 6 months or so since I've used AS as part of my work flow and having the support of regular users is Sooo helpful.
