New scripting additions in AS - MOHO.Localize?

I think, I am guessing, but I think this has to do with languages?
Do I need to worry about this?
I am writing a new bone selection tool for Genete that lists bones in a scrolling list (it's finished and works great!) but I did the testing in Moho and I'm now converting to ASP. I see all this... MOHO.Localize stuff every where.
I think I got it right but I don't know if I need to change anything else for this to work on other systems, or versions of AS or what.
I am clueless.
