Click on the markers, not between the markers.

yes, I have the problem too.
especially if a draw a complex scene.
the only way to dissable the onion skins without that frustrating problem is to click on "clear all" in the "onionskins" popdown:

Yes I get this every so often.

Not all the time but once in a blue moon.

I think what is happening (watch the color of the onion skin marker) is that somehow you have TWO markers in one spot. The blue marker gets darker. So you have to click twice to remove them both.

This would be a bug that needs to be reported... especially if it happens all the time for you. Since it didn't happen very much for me I never considered it a problem.

EDIT:
Further investigation shows me what causes this... if you click the onion skin marker as you move the mouse simultaneously... it doesn't uncheck it. Sort of like putting spin on a ping-pong ball.

if the mouse is moving ever so slightly as you click... it just... clicks it back on.

Which means that you DO need a quality mouse. I recommend one the recent Microsoft Intellipoint mice.

ok, it's weird, maybe a bug. now make disappear onionskins works fine, but yesterday was a nightmare.
maybe the size project?, maybe the time working? what can be?
i have a $2 mouse, ok, it is not too elegant, but it never gives me problems.

thank you for your help.
