I'm not sure, but it looks like you have the Fills deactivated.
Try go to the bottom right corner of the canvas Display -> Fills
Or right click over the Dragon bone layer, Quick Settings -> Fills and Apply

This could be an issue with your Graphics Card vs Moho 14. When I turn off Fills I see a different image to yours.

What is your Graphics card? Can you check to see if you have the latest Graphics drivers installed?

That GPU is 11 years old, the latest drivers on AMD's site are for Windows XP, so that may be the problem. It may not be able to run OpenGL 4.1.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

Windows® 10, 11 or higher
64-bit OS required
2.0 GHz Intel Core i3 or higher
4 GB RAM or higher
1.6 GB free hard drive space or higher
OpenGL 4.1 supported graphics card required (1920x1080 recommended) **
Online connection required to perform online activation

You can try turning off OpenGL by changing it to:
"DisableAllOpenGL" "TRUE"
"OpenGLEnabled" "FALSE"
In this file:
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Lost Marble\Moho Pro\14\Moho Pro14.user.settings

Its a Bug.
Delete all Point Colors and
the Surface will be back.
Now You can insert new Point Colors.
