If a post was deleted by Admin or Moderators, then there is no back-up. Unfortunately, gone is gone. Usually a post will be removed if its considered Spam. If the post was about Japanese Anime, then its hard to see why it was seen as Spam.

Looking at your profile, it says you have posted 12 posts, yet only the current post lists. That is odd since deleted posts don't get counted in the total posts count. Admin will have to check the database as there is an error somewhere. The posts might be here, just not displaying (though unlikely).

In general, people should keep a local back-up of any important things they post to the forum: Computers do crash and stuff can gets lost.
