Onion skin should work...I use it from time to time at work.

Can you post a screen cap? Is it possible that it's actually there but you don't have the necessary options set for it to be visible? For example, I usually have Draw Behind disabled so I can see the images.

You probably did this but, just in case, make sure sure you have at least one onion skin frame marked. Onion skin is not visible if no before/after frames have been marked.

Just updated to 12.4 and Moho crashes immediately. I'm on OSX 10.9.5.
