Waiting for Godog

Post by alee »

This is my first animation using ASP. There isn't a lot of action in it because I am still learning how to use the tools.

This is essentially Richard Nixon's "Checkers Speech" in a "Waiting for Godot" setting. If you are unfamiliar with either of those, you might want to google them first. Or afterwards. The animation won't make any more sense, but you will at least understand the references.

Your comments are welcome.

That was oddly fascinating, and I liked it

"First animation using ASP..." but obviously not your first animation. Good work.

Pretty static stuff, but that is of course by design. Nice likeness of Nixon!

More than ten years ago I played around with Flash a little. This was before Youtube, so I put the SWF files on my website. The few animations I made with it are here: http://roseofcorn.com/pages/animation/animation.html

I used preloaders ("loading...") but they may not have been necessary.
