i tried to make a tutorial in arabic to show how to make mandcon arm, but iam new in using camtasia studio 8,and the resolution of the video is terrible in youtube

Youtube has a Help page where you can find their recommended settings, try these.

Also, Camtasia has it`s own "Help page" and for some other situations I`ll recommend Handbrake transcoder. Handbrake will reduce the size of the file while preserving quality. In some cases, size reduction is impressive.
