11 sales? That's in spite of no publicity whatsoever. That's amazing! I'm on Linux. Smith Micro knows I'm on Linux. They sent me an Email offering me a choice of Windows or Mac. Lovely. How did these 11 people find out about the Linux version, I wonder? Does that include those of us who upgraded fro...

I think you can add points to a circle (without deforming its shape) using one of the scripts (Scripts menu/Draw/Split Curve). Or at least, you could under the old Moho.

It's not quite what you're after, but should do the job.

I think you may have used the 'Workspace' tools rather than the camera ones - the camera tools are the slightly pinkish ones (with pictures of a camera on them). Second row from the bottom.

Hope this helps.

I don't know if this helps, but you could always use a one-frame action. I often use the action editor to store poses, then drop them into the animation as needed.

Could be DAZ studio

It's not DAZ studio is it? I've never used this, and I don't know the web site off-hand (which just goes to show how useful I am) but I'm pretty sure it is both free and designed to animate models made with other software (especially Poser). I believe it comes with some sample characters to animate ...

Don't give up on spline patch modelling Mr Hamster. Check out either sPatch or hamaPatch, two much older (and free) programs that use the same approach to modelling. They don't have animation features, but there are loads of tutorials for them out there, and they both have many features in common wi...

The plot thickens. I don't suppose you've tried beta 2 or beta 3 as well, have you?

Help (again)!

Beta 2 solved the problem - Papagayo runs under Win'98.

But Beta 3 doesn't. I've just downloaded and installed it, and I'm back to my unhelpful error message.

So I've reinstalled Beta 2 (working again).

Any idea why 2 works, but 1 and 3 don't? What is it about Win'98?

Quick thank you to Lost Marble. I don't know what you did, but the new beta of Papagayo runs fine on Win'98.

Brilliant!

Unhelpful Error Message

Help! I can't get Papagayo to run on my PC. No problem installing the software, but when I try to run it I get the 'this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down' error message. I'm using Windows 98 (which I guess is a pretty old operating system these days). Should Papagayo ...
