Bone can only directly affect layers that are their immediate children. In your example, the bones cannot control the vector layers that are down inside the sub-groups. So I have to have everything under the bone layer for it to work? Gotcha. What about my masking group for the eyes? (eyelids are m...

Can't do point binding to bones if they are in group folders
I have a character with all his various layers, and a couple of them are in Group layers, or masking groups. I can seem to figure out for the life of me how to bind points from the various layers to the bones I have setup. I'm probably just having a brainfart, but I'm stuck. I selected region bindin...

Re: dangit i know
things would go alot faster with a decent built in lipsynch utility....... hint hint HEY LOSTMARBLE!!!!! TAKE THE HINT!!!!! :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: Things would go even faster if you did the lipsync manually like in the old days and stop waiting for something that probably isn't going to happen any...

What are the most important Phonemes for talking?
I am using this Moho animation for a Flash based character in a website who will talk sometimes (depending on user actions), which is part of the reason I wanted to keep things to a minimum. I also want it to look good, so I need a happy medium. I want to keep the number of phonemes (mouth positions...

Yes, I have done that, too. However, there are times when I need several pieces from different file locations and not all on the same file; such as a separate chair, a separate bird, a background, etc., etc. Being able to batch load that would be nice. I don't disagree batch importing would be a gr...

Yes, batch importing of files would be great. When drawing in Illustrator I break my characters into several pieces and importing them one..............at...................a.................time......takes a long time. I've imported AI files exported from Flash and just did the whole character, th...

Re: Moho Studio
Splitting up the program would only make it harder to do things. I like the way you can draw and set everything up in Frame 0 (the setup frame) then animate til your hearts content in the following frames.NerdmastaX wrote:a moho just for animation, and a moho just for drawing......Brilliant!!!!!

Re: Moho Lipsynch
I believe moho should have a lipsynch program similar to toonboom's. dont get me wrong pamela is a good try, but i have yet to see pamela animaite more than two mouth layers(open and closed)...someone from lost marble should download and run toonboom so that they can see the ease of use im talkin a...

Whereas Moho is strictly an animation program and I hope it stays that way. Moho and Flash really have little in common other than one can draw in vectors and put it in a timeline in both programs. I like Moho, I like Flash. They are only tools for me to express my creativity and make money to live...

Hey mason. Don't think anyone is bashing Flash - a lot of these guys use it; rather they are saying that Moho is better suited for character animation. I'm sure that's exactly the case. I know I couldn't have made my site w/o Moho. I am certainly using Moho to do character animation for my new site...

Would there be a way to make the tool actually raise and lower the shapes? Or maybe a seperate tool for this? I hate having to raise the shape, then go back to the menu and do that again and again. If I at least had a keyboard shortcut for that it would be great, but a tool that you could select the...
