just checked the rules :
Digital: Quicktime, uncompressed, with a video size of 720x486 pixels, Mac formatted, is preferred. Playable DVDs must be Region 1, Region 0, or All Region

is this for your nicktoons entry?
you could probably go for hi-def tv resolution, 1280x768.
id imagine that nickelodeon would be able to broadcast most resolutions, as long as they are not too small (nothing below 600x480)

is nothing stated in the rules about accepted video size?

check out your moho folder on your c:\ (or wherever you installed)
the sample animations and techniques have sample maskings for you to use and examine. check them out to see how their composed up. then try out your own using a similar layout.

just a thought, as the face comes into front the nose line disappears completely. maybe it should gradually shorten as the face turns?
