Re: My Anime Style
Its not bad I'd say it looks a tad bit floaty and looks very cut-out for a anime style but it works since producing anime quality takes a lot of time and cant really be done with rigging. However I like it over all especially the way the expression changes are handled. If you want a more anime look ...

Re: Antialiasing Control
You can disable antialiasing for individual vector layers, so all your antialiasing can be done in your compostor. That's what I currently do however it'd be a nice quality of life improvement if this was a feature that was supported within Moho. I use OLM Smoother and After Effects currently. I'd ...

Re: Point animation test
To me personally point animation with a simple rig is the best way to animate in Moho. A lot of people look over it with all in one rigs but in my eyes smart bones could really limit animation potential especially when you're trying to create a "all in one rig" I think smart bones should o...

Antialiasing Control
It'd be nice to have more control over the AA in Moho within the project settings tab that'll allow you to control softness and subsampling of the AA. For reference OpenToonz has a option for this within the level settings tab and I think it'd benefit Moho a lot especially for anime style production...

Re: Is it possible to make animations look like Disney 2d style with Moho? take a look at this effort.
I think in theory it‘s definitely possible. It just takes a bit of a different mindset i found. I‘m gonna use a dirty word here, but one of the things i think differentiates Toon Boom rigging from Moho is that it‘s not about trying to built much of a skeleton and onto a character and having complex...

Re: Japanese Text and Save Locations
Hopefully this gets updated this is very bad for Japanese workflows and productions. I love Moho though even though a lot of industry out here is using RETAS/Clip Studio or CACANi.

Japanese Text and Save Locations
Why can't Moho use Japanese fonts or why cant I type in Japanese? I noticed image/psd files wont load properly either if a folder name is in Japanese.

Re: [REQUEST] Visually show Intervals and/or click and drag hold frames?
Much as Lukas said - I think the only indicator you could get is using the keyframe color. A script could be written to associate a different keyframes' color with its interval. Or simply colored if it is not 1. How many different intervals do you plan to use in any given animation? I usually hold ...

Re: [REQUEST] Visually show Intervals and/or click and drag hold frames?
And... I'm not sure if I understand that last part: You can adjust how long a key holds by holding <alt> or <option> and clicking and dragging the left mouse button . Well damn I didn't know that. My mind is blown. Thats why I added at the last part "Unless there is another way or a shortcut t...

Re: [REQUEST] Visually show Intervals or click and drag hold frames?
Only scriptable solution I can think of is a script (you could set a shortcut to run it) that would popup a dialog where you can change the interval and hit OK and it would apply that interval to all selected keys. Or just a script that would set it to a certain value without popping a dialog. You ...

[REQUEST] Visually show Intervals and/or click and drag hold frames?
Okay so I was wondering if someone would be able to make a script to visually show Intervals. here is a quick mock up I did to show how that could be represented if there is a better way please feel free to do so. https://i.imgur.com/kjFcMgX.png Next for the click and drag hold it can be done in a s...

Smith Micro abandoned Moho. It probably wont get any support until someone buys it out.

Re: Moho limitations
Just the fact there isn't proper guides or even good transform tools for skewing, stretching, etc... Is pretty annoying and limiting. I also don't like the limitation on how Moho handles custom vector brushes. I'd much rather have a system similar to Clip Studio Paint EX or Toon Boom Harmony. I'd al...

Re: Moho's future
My wish for Moho is either they SM sell it to a company like Affinity or just make it open source. Moho has a lot of potential and does a lot of things better that these other software don't. However Moho needs to be severely optimized for bitmap drawing. Vector drawing tools need to be reworked com...
