Moving bones with bound layer/points while animating
This is probably easy but I'm having a hard time figuring this out. I'd like to animate shrugging but the bones only move around their pivot point I need the whole bone with all connected bones and layers to go up and down. Those are nice tips but it's not something that happens often it also might be user error. I just don't know how and why it happens. Thx I complety missed the flip bone buttons. I was manly in the add, manipulate and parent bone tools and those didn't have that option. Still got problems with all the tools having different options. Is it possible to flip the layers like that too? Or with the bones? When I Use the flip horizontall...

How to use offset bone
I've been using it to change a bones position since it also moves the layer but even when on frame 0 it snaps back to it's old position when I use the transform points tool on the layer that is bound to the bone. Is offset bone pure for animation later on or why does it behave like this?

My problem is I like to draw freehand and then adjust everything. So nothing really fits the grid, using that circle with cross is a better option for me.

I had problems doing that with just the grid like I've seen in all the tutorials. So I made a vector layer used draw shape tool to make perfect a circle, then made the fill invisible and put the strokes alpha on to about 50%. Not that complicated I just had problems placing the bones exactly in the middle of the joints. They weren't rounded and I already had smart bones etc in place. After I made the joints round I just used release layers and points. It cost me some of the work I'd done but I figured there wasn't any ot...

Thx disabling gpu worked. I'm very fond of OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) it's free and has all the features I need.

Capture AS videos
I've tried several different screen capture software but AS workspace is always black. The Tools Style Layers etc. show up fine it's just he workspace that is black. I've tried game capture etc. but nothing works. Any suggestion how to get it to work? It works for games and other software.
