Ah I get u. No wonder japanese use those symbols a lot, to avoid and minimise animations. But ur absolutely right got lazy in the end as is clearly visible.

wow very nice tutorial. used to always kinda avoid using the masking turn technique. not anymore! i hope we are gonna see more tuts like this in the future. well done man.

did you copy all the text out of the file that's created first? (open the export file and copy all that text first before pasting)... I assume you did but you never know! Smile
yes i did. do you just select the camera layer and paste or is there a particular text dialogue u bring up and paste into?

hi. this script is just what i need for my current project. i seem to be having problem pasting the text file into the AE camera. could it be because of my AE version? im using cs3. so far i'v tried selecting the camera layer and control v-ing without any result. can someone please help?

thanks a bunch guys. couldn't agree more about the lip sync. i noticed that using lip sync with vector interpolation on sometimes messes up the snappiness and emphasis on some phonemes. of course you can fix this with some fine tuning and adding some hold keys at right frames (which i didn't do). se...

what it basically does on my computer is that when you have the manipulate bones active, the moment you click on a switch layer all hell breaks loose. here's the error messag i get
