I think the issues are, how many layeys, how many bones. if you have pro, what kind of groups. I ended up re-creating a character 3 times because my animation technique did not match the way it was constructed. A few other issues. Is it symmetrical or not. How do the eyes, arms, legs look when turne...

without knowing anything about either of the models. If you need 2 mics, the choice is clear. Otherwise, I like the Blue brand usb mics, never had a problem, but I'm not sure i would call it high quality. I would assume you need something XLR to go into some sort of other hardware. For something pro...

I think it looks really good. There are a bunch of ways to do head turns. If you did not do the point translation as an action. I think you might have done it about the hardest way. At least that would be my opinion.

As a hobbyist forum reader, and contributor. I think this is about the smoothest lip sync I've ever seen in a cartoon. (and creepiest) It's almost like they are real mouths. Oh wait they are. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFnLirXjjto At the other extreme, here is a modern example. I am pretty sure ...

I have a IBM tablet PC, it's great, light and portable. The only issue is it's too slow for some software. Know anybody if a tablet can be used as a monitor of another computer, like a cintiq? It can be done. You would not get any pressure sensitivity though. The easiest, cheapest way would be to u...

Well, I managed to make 2.5D gears. What a pain! All the gears look the same, because, well they are. I went through a few other gears first before perfecting this one. This thing has so many bones that I can barely scrub though the time line. I liked it so much though that I submitted it to the gal...

This was done only using Anime Studio and Genete's 3d scripts.
I bring you 2.5D gears.

You really can't. I would just try not to move the center of the top of the mouth to much. Great thing about animation is that you get to break all the rules. Also for U and Q I tend to just copy the O make it smaller and move some of the sides out. With the scale tool you end up having to "pus...

Can you try dropping back to 8.04 LTS. For a production machine, you might seriously want to consider sticking with the long term support version. (If you need it for work) I once had a similar issue with sound. It was a long time ago, but I seem to remember seeing that my master volume was maxed ou...

It looks like you have it working though. Just have to fine tune it.
IT might help to have 3 or 4 points on the top "lip" that stay in the same position for the most part. Then you just have to worry about the lower lip, tongue, teeth.

Two great ideas. Thank you Synthsin75, a train or car engine was what I was thinking about with my little cam idea.. more studying of anme files.. Vern, I realize I would have to lean lua scripting. But are you telling me I could script a layer animation to basically go for as may frames as I want? ...

I can tell you that the pencil tool pressure sensitivity feature works with a Wacom Intuos 3. I have never found a good use for the pencil tool in Anime Studio yet though.
As to why yours does not work, I'm sorry but I have no idea.

I forgot that FLV is a container format. I would assume the audio import/export would not be a big issue for most users of AS. For any larger projects It would make more sense to import the AS renders into another application first anyways. But yes. MP3 importing is huge anyway you look at it! :D I ...
