In addition to what everyone else said - the overall animation is smooth and pleasant.

Re: concept design
Very nice sketches - the loss of character/soul after tracing and adding flat color is fairly typical in animation. It is complained about fairly regularly and has been for decades. I still like the colored versions as well personally.

Re: A couple of new characters for 2015...
It's actually a bit hypocritical for me to recommend an animatic - I have never had time to do one for the paid-for work I have been doing. the storyboard and script have been as far as I have ever had to go. This may be largely because I work under my own system, so I can get away with that. There ...

Re: A couple of new characters for 2015...
Well, generally I use Adobe Premiere for video editing, and it is pretty good for doing animatics generally, but you could still use Anime Studio for animatics as well.

Re: A couple of new characters for 2015...
I wonder if, beyond more accurate scripting, if doing an animatic prior to fully animating the project would help?

Re: A couple of new characters for 2015...
3deeguy - very sorry to hear that these projects are giving you such a hard time. I always find that during the projects they seem difficult, but when completed, it is one of the best feelings to see it in it's final form. Very satisfying. I have been lucky enough to get decent pay from the projects...

Re: A couple of new characters for 2015...
Hey 3deeguy, the answer to your question lies in the subsequent process description...Keeping in mind that the following represents a process that is probably highly unusual, and we are granted a lot of leeway during said process - the client trusts us to produce the final result, but does add input...

Re: A couple of new characters for 2015...
Thank you for the comment Slowtiger - the director of the project seems to prefer livelier elephants. I had them moving more slowly with a sense of more heft, but that wasn't preferred. I agree with you, but there is something to be said for the snappier movement in some ways. Yes, 3deeguy, this is ...

Re: A couple of new characters for 2015...
Finally getting animation done for this project. Here is a preview - No audio added just yet - the sample below is the beginning of the end credits. The Ringmaster is saying, "Ladies and gentlemen, how about a big round of applause for our even BIGGER performers!" Credits appear over the p...

Re: Getting back to frame 0
That worked! It was so easy I feel stupid for asking. Just didn't think of doing it that way.
Strange that it wouldn't let me just paste the keys into a new document at frame 0.
My thanks to you kind sir!

Getting back to frame 0
I imagine it is likely that someone has asked this question before...I started creating a character on frame 0, but by the time I was finished I was on frame 135. Is there any way to get the complete finished character back into frame 0? At this point if I drag the playback head to 0, the character ...
