but it didnt work :(

i saved the layer animation of an image Layer (the spaceship) (do i need a file-ending like ".***" ?)
and tried to load it onto the particle layer.

...\cc_load_layer_animation.lua:614: attempt tp index local `layer' (a nil value)

whats wrong?

Ive got a spaceship animated. Now i want to put a particle cloud at the back of the spaceship. unfortunately ive not put the ship into a group and animated the group, but ive animated the ship-layer directly. now i wanted to simply copy the move-layer-keyframes to the particle-group. but that doesnt...

the shapes where put to invisible ... seems like they turn to black then in the particle system ... dunno

colors turn to black in particle group

Hi,
i´ve put some vector layers into a particle group.
Now all the stuff the particle system does is black.
But i want them to keep their original colors.

whats wrong?

is there an option like "real time playback"?

when is are lots of stuff on the screen, the playback slowers down to a lower frame rate. But thats a problem because i cant see how fast it will be when rendered. Its very difficult to get a good timing in the animation that way. is there an option like in Maya e.g. which tries to hold the frame ra...

Forum Search functions are silly

There are two ways to search:

- Search topic title and message text
- Search message text only

"message text only" doesnt make sense at all.
i want an option "search topic title only"!

i´d say splitting it up to layers is the better way.
Then you can for example put an arm/hand under a switch layer,
if you need a different hand position or sth like that.

the drawback is that you can get lots of layers.
