This is a pretty popular modeler for lowpoly work and conversions as it supports several formats. Haven't tried exporting anything to Moho -though I have an old version I purchased backed up somewhere. There is a 30 day demo if anyone wants to try and export something for Moho; it is only $25 and the creator Mete and the community have been very good about plugins to extend functionality and export options.

I'll have to add my recommendation. This really is a great modeler. It's simple and has loads of formats for importing and exporting. Excellent community support out there for it as well. It's not perfect, but well worth the 25 bucks. Also, you'll want to use LithUnwrap in conjunction with Milkshape3D to do your texturing as Milkshape3D texturing is...well...problematic.
