My first animation: "15, the movie" *FINISHED*

Post by tayete »

Well, at last I could finish the animation. You may find it here:
http://tayete.blogspot.com/2007/04/at-l ... ished.html

There are thousands of things incorrect (starting by the run-cycle), but it started as a test of AS, and ended as a full 1 minute 16sec anim. It has served me to try particles, bones, point-to-point animation, layers, etc...

Critiques and comments are really welcome!!!

Hello all:
As I mentioned in the General forum, I have been testing AS for some weeks and created a small animation of a rugby player. It has been real fun to learn this wonderful software creating something with it, though some of the features don't match what I am used to (bones - I love'em).

Here are some characters as an advance of the final animation, to be shown when I finish adding sound to it (arrrggghhh, AS doesn't support multiple sound layers!!!).

A secondary character:

Great characters! Would love to see them move!
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

Looks very hand-drawn, which is great for being done in vector. Great style, I like it, keep the good work up!

Congratulations for your first animation tayete.
(I haved to rewing to see what made him fall deon was a garlic. A small change in camera zoom combined with slow motion animation could have made it perfect.)
Forget the errors that you comment. The animation is funny!!!! You can correct them in the next story.

Thanks Genete. In fact it is not garlic but a snail. This @#¬|¿¿¡¡ compression doesn't allow the viewer to notice it (well, in fact my brother did). I guess your idea is best, furthermore, it adds some variety.
