I apologize in advance for the rather large size (about 700Mb).
It's in animated GIF format, but you can extract the frames and vectorize them in Anime Studio if you like.
I realize it needs a little more cleanup, but I've already worked for several hours on it. If you do clean it up a little more, please share it.
Obviously, if you're willing to give up the valuable forward motion I added to this, the actual walk cycle is only 22 frames in duration, and that file is much smaller.

The animation was generated in the iClone2 beta and "tooned" by my usual methods.
For technical reasons concerning the beta software, forward motion had to be applied to the walk cycle using a Javascript from Apple:
