To those of you asking about Sang's technique. There was a video sample he posted that actually demonstrated a bit of the process. From drawing a character to animating some of the lip sync...

... it is truly amazing... he is a gifted artist and animator. He makes it look so darn easy!

When I'm downloading this file it's an .exe and I'm using osx and can't open it, what does it contain?

Its a movie file of some sort. I usually don't like downloading .exe files. Not sure why its in this format and not a video format.

I downloaded it and opened it in windows system and it worked fine, I have'nt had time to watch it yet.
