I want to keep my gradients that I use in my animations but, when I export it as a quicktime video the gradients are lost....
Is there any way to keep gradient in a quicktime video?

Cannot help you since no quicktime export is available in AS linux version. Sorry.

Well, have you checked in the “Export Animation” window
Apply shape- and layer-effects.
