Les Profs

Post by Freakish Kid »

Well,

It's the start of a new month and we have a new film to show.

It's a pilot for a French TV series about a group of teachers and the crap that they all have to put up with and go through!

And guess what....

It was all done in Anime Studio, even the backgrounds!

It was comped and rendered in Combustion.

Unfortunatley it's in French but we're working on getting subtitles for it, until then those of you that don't understand French can look at the pictures!

We figured you guys wouldn't want to wait for subtitles!

anyway, it can be found here:

http://www.greykid.com/Les_Profs

Hope you enjoy it.

HA!
That's great! Good job!
I understood what was going on just fine and I don't know French.

Great stuff! You guys are still the best... I personally like Bunny Love more than this one-- but then again, they're not the same kind of thing. --Can't wait to see La Reine Soleil in it's entirety....

Ditto on dreeko13's remark. I' love to see how GreyKids does a character set-up in ASP5 as well.

Great stuff, as always... it still has a very hand drawn look, something that is rarely done these days.

From a technical point of view it certainly seems more do-able, but it is still impressive artistically.

It has a very French/Belgian cartoony look. I liked it!

The subject and animation style reminds me of Gaston Lagaffe and his antics at his office job.

Very cool.

ONLY thing that put me off which I think you really should correct is the PEN in the intro.

Once the snapshot's been taken and the camera pulls back from it, there's a pen that 'FLOATS' on the piece of paper.

The character animation is outstanding.

I'd IMAGINE they're saying something about the professor having a bad day?

Very cool. Fix the 'floating pen!' Looks like a mistake.
