Updating of the dictionary on-line

I suggest to add new functions:
- 1. Support of many dictionaries (many languages)
2. Words from a user dictionary should get on a server (internet) then the dictionary will constantly grow and be updated by efforts of many people, it will allow to create many dictionaries for all languages
3. An opportunity to update the dictionary online
