Little blue moho robot

Hello,
I have a question about the timeline of Moho's robot example.
The guy takes his right foot up between frame 8 to 9.
But there is no keyframe in the timeline. Why is that?
I want to understand the movement without a keyframe.

In the bone group "Render", select Bone B20_2. That has translation key frames at 8 and 11. This is a target bone for Bone B19_2. Moving B20_2 causes bone B19_2 to move; which means the bone chain B19_2 - B18_2 will move using Inverse Kinematics (IK) (Bone B18_2 is hidden -- use the Bone / Show All Bones command to see it.)
