UPD
Updated yesterday's rig, removed the shrinking forearms. Because they no longer make sense.
The new script from Eugene just makes them unnecessary now.

I strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the script and ideally replace the standard tool with a new script.
This is really a very cool tool.
