Motion Graph / Timeline Improvements

1) Editing curves
One thing that bothers me, and I see no reason for it, is having to double click on a channel's icon in order to see the actual curve. It would be much nicer to see the curve right away, and also be able to edit it. This becomes especially tricky when using separate dimensions. An easier way of interaction would be great, like checkboxes
2) Pan and Zoom
Easier zooming in both directions, X and Y. I generally prefer when navigation works the same in all panels where navigation is needed, like canvas an timeline. But for starters a modifier for independent zooming in X and Y would be great. Also, the same input should have the same result: right now, alt+mouswheel moves the playhead in "Channels", but ony zooms in "Motion Graph". I kind of have a hard time with such inconsistencies, my brain much prefers learn-once-use-everywhere concepts.
