Problem with Workspaces

Hello,

I'm a new member here and new too MoHo. I've been tinkering and learning and am pricking it up pretty quickly.

•I have MoHo 13.5 Pro that I purchased on disc from the MoHo website.
•4 monitor setup that I have 3 monitors displaying MoHo (1 has the timeline undocked, 1 has the Action Panel undocked, 1 has the canvas styles and swatches and next to it the layers panel undocked.
•I draw on a Huion Kamvas 22 Plus


I'm not exactly sure what workspaces are and the MoHo documentation is so dense I'm having trouble finding out what they are exactly. I suspect they are different panel setups for ease of working when different. In any case...
When I click on file and new workspace the pop-up opens but there are no available workspaces and it says:

"No workspaces were found. Reveal Workspaces Folder"



-What is this error and how can I fix it?
-(if unrelated to workspaces) how can I save the multi monitor setup on my system so the panels will open on the same monitors for a project after I close and reopen?
