Pixelmator ( great Mac OS image editing) was just updated and now includes some very basic video file editing. You can import/export a few video formats and do a range of non-destructive edits to the overall movie file. Also has some ability to work with Apple's Motion, if anyone uses that. : )
Looks like the ability to easily edit individual frames isn't there yet, but I'm guessing that will be coming down the road.
For now, know that this could be handy for fixing white balance, levels, color balance, or doing some other overall effects to your entire project.
