i have a Problem with audio distortion

I dont know if this is the correct Place for this Topic
...but....
I have a Problem with distorted Audio in my exported MP4 Files. It is not always there and i have no clue what is causing this.
here a Link to an example: https://we.tl/t-VwRurYrPPg It is in german but that probably doesnt matter. Sometimes its there...sometimes it is completely fine.
Hopefully someone knows what the Problem is.
