Papagayo, no undo???

I see in the edit tab, there is an undo option, but when I click it or press cntrl+z it doesn't do anything.
That is a HUGE deal for a program to not have an undo feature. It is wasting our studio tons of time repeating tasks from scratch because of mistakes that cannot be undone.

Looks like the Undo/Cut/Copy/Paste functions operate on the text in the spoken text box only, and only via the keyboard shortcuts (not the menu).

If you wish to mitigate the lack of Undo for the graphical layout, then you will need to Save often.

Papagayo is a freebie program last updated in 2014, so it is what it is.

FWIW, there's a separately developed version of Papagayo here by Morevna (they make an alt version of OpenToonz too):

The latest release of this fork is from July 2017. I don't know if this release has Undo.

There's a more recent variant of Papagayo released by alanthebox here; I believe his version is from 2020:
