problem with transform bones toll

hi guys
after I rig my character and add an smart action to the bones and start my animation..
the transform bone toll crashed suddenly but the manipulate bone toll still working
so if I wont to change the bone place or stratch I couldn't ..
what is the proplem or what should I do to change and strach my bone ??

Hmm...that could be the old negative keyframe problem. This rare error can cause animating a rig or scrubbing the timeline to become very slow and unresponsive. Make a copy of the file and try running Synsin75's script from here...

The script will let you know if it finds the keyframe errors and will offer to fix them. If it succeeds, you should see and enormous performance improvement.
