If you export a Moho FBX into Grease Pencil it will not work because Moho FBX output is ASCII and Blender uses binary.

I was have trouble the the hierarchy. but if that is a problem just move the layer in the z direction one step in the 3d space.
The other was Kukulkan in Moho.
Some of the more complex layers with masking did not import along with particles.

And the animation was also imported with the fbx converter.
