There's no official date yet, but here's what Victor posted in this thread: http://www.lostmarble.com/forum/viewtop ... 00#p194100 👍
Víctor Paredes wrote: Fri Mar 12, 2021 11:52 pm Hello, everyone
Thank you very much for the support and the nice messages we have received during all these months.
We are working hard on version 13.5 and so far it's working very well.
The beta version is already running in Big Sur, there are lots of internal improvements to the code and even a few exciting new features I'm sure you will like.
Sadly, we won't be able to release this version in mid-March, as we originally planned.
We are a new company and want Moho to start fresh, but some details -mostly unrelated to the software itself- are taking a bit longer than expected.
We are in a good position right now and this delay will be only a few weeks.
We apologize for this and hope you understand.
There will be more news soon. We are eager to show you what we have been working on!

Thanks again,
The Lost Marble team

I like it, and I also like that they wanted to change it. It looks like they ambition a new brand image, a new beggining.

The new logo doesn't work with my 12.5.1 license key. : )

(I like the bouncing ball-ness of the new design.)

I like the new logo. The old one looked like an upside-down Warner Television logo.

Absolutely! That logo is a step up
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

The logo looks really good! I have high hopes that this guy they will actually market this software towards professional users and not focus so much on hobbyists like Smith Micro did... well they never really knew what to do with the software in the first place but we all know the story :)

Short sidenote: i know someone suggested this months back and got kinda scolded for even mentioning it but i'll state it again: a Discord server once the new version is out would be really great! I'm on the Discords of pretty much every creative software i use including Toon Boom and Blender and it's just super great to build a community, share stuff more easily and have some live feedback or answered questions. Nobody's forced to join but i think it's really something to consider in this day and age, no matter what you personally think of it.

I don't think a Discord is a bad idea, just not for me. What Discords I've visited seemed more anonymous and impersonal than this forum. You post something and hope someone notices, and maybe answers, before it's lost forever.

I think Discord is fine for real-time interactivity. I don't use it very often, but if there was an official Moho channel, I'd sign up.

For longer text exchanges and archival use, I prefer this forum. I regularly search threads and posts made several years ago. To me, Discord isn't as good for that sort of thing.

Of course, nothing wrong with having both.
