11 Second Club January 2021 - results and conclusion

I want to share my experience with 11 Seconds Club competition.

I worked for about 3 weeks on the animation but not on a daily base but mostly on weekends.
I will never spend so much time for 11 seconds in my projects again but it was a good experience.
And I wanted to learn something new.

What was weird about 11 seconds club was the video upload.
First I tried to convert the video with Adobe Media encoder.
But as soon as the video was uploaded audio and video was off.
Then I downloaded handbrake and followed all the instructions from 11 seconds club.
But the result was worse. Motive was cut on the left and right side.
I tried several time with different formats - at the end video and audio was still off.
I emailed 11 seconds club which they recommended but I didn't get any response.
They recommend a resolution of 560x316 but it is very low.
You can still render in higher quality but need to be under 10MB.

What's interesting for me now is what you think about the comments from the 11 seconds jury underneath my entry.

Change your setting in Moho to 560x316 then render with an mp4 encoder.
I ran into the same problem getting a large render down to that small size. Then render to a larger format for other places if you need to.
I stay with the 560x316 for youtube. I'm lazy
