Searching for Help with Character Creation and Rigging

Hello Moho forum,

I am looking for help with drawing characters and rigging them in Moho. These are pre-established characters since it is essentially a fan animation, but I will be honest and say that my work ethic is hot garbage. It doesn't help much that I'm a novice with the program.

The characters are my avatar and three characters from the anime, Konosuba. I can provide pictures if needed.

I am willing to pay, I just want to know the rates before we continue.
