How do I access this feature

I found a youtube video with moho 12 involved in it, and around 4:06 they use this feature that morphs vectors into different shapes (link below to the time.)
I tried everything, but can't seem to figure out how to get it to pop up.

No, the one a few seconds after where he makes the shape morph into another seemingly preset vector

All I'm seeing are smart bones and switches controlled by actions.

Actions are not available in Debut, but if you have Pro, actions are either on a tab in the style window, or can be brought up with Window>Actions (ctrl+K).
