Hello, everyone,

not sure whether this has been reported before (I did a search).

Text fields like layer names, bone names, pretty much every field text input, they all seem to lose focus at random. I would type something and half way through I'm thrown out as if I had pressed escape.

Pretty annoying at times.

Anyone else?

I remember this was a problem a while back and it had been fixed. That said, I occasionally still see it, so I'm going to take a look at this myself later. In the meantime, here are some ideas you can try:

First, make sure Inline Layer Naming is enabled. (I'm sure you have it on.)

I think what caused the problem in the past was the appearance of the layer's tool tip. Try disabling this feature and see if it helps. Note that there are several different tool tip options in the Preferences window, so you may need to experiment.

I'll post again if I find something for certain.
