Bezier handles dont work in frame by frame animation + video

Hi guys!

I have a big problem to edit points in frame by frame animation. I noticed that at animating my happy new year video by animating fireworks... So i created a special video to show u what i mean. I tried to get around whit editing vectors at point 0 in timeline, but it dont work :( Pls pls help ! :(

Looks like the add point tool is making curvature keyframes it shouldn't when used on FBF layer. You can select that frame's layer and delete the curvature keyframes to fix the issue.

Hi synthsin75!

i tried it but it did not work that way, the points are completely editable in vector layer, yes, but not in Frame by frame layer :/ So even if it was posible that way, just like you say, the animation process would be radically longer. :cry:
I think that frame by frame layer (group) should have properties as 0 point on the timeline, maybe thats that problem... because its looks like the shape is created not at point where is he created on timeline, but he is created at point 0 and then animated to that shape (that weird onion skin thing in the video, i think, especially visible by duplicating frames whit shapes is onion skin moving when u edit vector layers)...



But thanks for advice, i will use the you method for now :)

Hi, yes it is a strange behaviour - but there is a solution:
you have to mute the animation channels of the corrosponding layer in the fbf group - then it works.
