Audio on during playback not scrub

I would like to have a setting where audio is enabled during normal playback, but not when scrubbing the timeline. I am constantly turning audio playback on and off so that when playing back at normal speed I hear the audio, but scrubbing around I do not. So there would be three settings. Audio ON; Audio OFF; Audio ON for regular playback but OFF for scrubbing.

That sounds like something a script could be written to do. A script can see if the timeline is playing and enable the audio channel. The only problem is that Moho doesn't tell scripts when it is rendering, so the audio would have to be enabled manually before export.
