Color renders out a different in AS 10

I made an animation of a yellow sun traveling across the sky.
When I render the animation, the sun is rendered in a shade of orange.
I was told to check my fill settings and preview settings.
But I don't see anything in the manual that explains this,
In the color picker box the hex # FFFF00, seems to be OK.
As far as the preview setting, I thought I might see something
when opening up "preferences. I can't find any way to make these
settings changes.
I would really appreciate help on this. It's happening on two
separate computers I have, each windows 7 64 bit on both.
