Newbie to 9.5 question on scripts

Would all the latest and greatest scripts be on the website mentioned on the sticky at the top of the forum posts? I would also be interested in what some would consider as "must haves" as addons or tools for AS9.5?

http://animestudioscripts.com has a excellent repository of scripts but it's by no means exhaustive. There are some fantastic scripts at http://www.animatorsforum.com/.
