Anime Studio Pro Animator

Animator required to set simple movements in-line with audio file, both of which will be provided.
Its basically lip sync on multi characters, so the heads will be provided with the audio files

Hi need such kind http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ph89o7l76cI of head movement for 45 minutes with multiple characters in just 500$.
is it possible ?

Are the characters already created and rigged?

If so, I still doubt that anyone could do more than 5 min per month, so it's a job for 9 months ( or 9 good animators for 1 month). Multiply this with a decent wage for 1 month.
