Bug list (just minor things).

After playing around with the latest release (beta3) I found some bugs.
You can't open Papagayo files by clicking on them in the windows file explorer, project opens empty.
Sometimes I can drag a word under another, then it can't be moved, the word above it needs to be moved out of the way in order to move the stuck one.
Can't save project in folders containing special characters (åäö).
The framenumbers above the waveforms sometimes partially dissapears when you move the red bar over them, returning when you let go of the bar.
