error at line 99564

Hi everybody

I was trying to open a file with ASP v7 and got following error:
"Read error at line 99564..."
I open the anme file with a text editor but the file goes only till line 35105.
Does anybody have any idea what this line number mean?

It's the zip code for Chignik in Alaska... I suppose the programme froze
