moving hierarchies in time

when I try to reuse animation I seem to spend untold hours moving keyframes in time and then even more hours moving nested keys.

Maybe some upgrade to the retime feature whereby you select the start and end frames (With no stretching) and Moho would do all the tedious messing about for you, shifting the selected layer and all subsiquent nested layers.
