Dopey2, don't be discouraged. I own a lot of books on animation and art because there is so much to learn but I've had some of my books for years. I'm still new to animation.

You may find one day that you'll have to write a book in Arabic since they are so hard to find. But for now, you can find most of what you need to know by learning how to search.

I learned animation with the Blair books when I was around 12, 47 now and I am still learning. You need to focus to be able to learn, disconnect from the outside world, get into your own and let it out on paper, or whatever.

I learnt it as a baby -- that's how easy it is...
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?

LOL, I think the fact that you learned it as a baby is what made it easy, I started to learn it around 23, was a bit tougher! :)

The great thing about books is that they often get translated, no idea if the animator's survival kit has translated to your language, but it is sure worth a look!

I have a link to the animated version on my blog, it is a precious asset I bought for myself last Christmas, was worth every penny!
